MWA Aluminum Axes
Modern Woodsmen of America was a fraternal organization. Here are three ceremonial axes with aluminum heads that are embossed with the MWA logo, and decorated with incised designs. One axe head has a crack, but also has a maker's mark for DeMoulin Bros. & Co., Makers, Greenville, Ill., stamped on an aluminum plate nailed to the end of the handle.
