Millers Falls' absolutely top-of-the-line brace.
It was designed in the 1940s by W. J. Parsons, the dean of Millers Falls' designing and engineering staff, in commemoration of his fiftieth anniversary with the company.
Full ball-bearing chuck with Leland patent jaws holds 1/8 to 1/2 inch round shank, No. 1 Morse Taper and square bit-shank drills and reamers. Full boxed ratchet with ring shift. Head and handle are made from glossy, transparent red permaloid, a plastic more durable than wood. The whole thing is highly polished and chrome plated.
