Looks like it was made by Stanley for the Bridge Tool Co., St. Louis. Has a smooth japanned cap and the hole is at the top of the slot on the cutter. There are a few scratches on the bottom but 95% japanning and lacquer remain, Fine .......... Sold $105.00
