  14. TINNER'S STOVE PIPE FORMER, with compensating gear, 30 inch capacity. No Maker's name but an 1889 patent date. The rolls are about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Compensating gear means that the drive cogs don't articulate with each other, but with other gears, so that the mesh of the gears is not changed by forming different thicknesses of metal. It weighs about 100 lbs. and will be shipped from Ohio, where it currently is. I have a very crummy picture and also an illustration from an old Pexto catalog.
