1. STANLEY NO. 700, WOODWORKER'S VISE, Blue enamel, masonite jaw faces, nickeled trim. Has "L" - shaped jaws designed to hold work horizontally as well as vertically. Attaches to a saw horse or the end of a bench. This is really useful to hold a door for planing or mortising a lock or hinges, or for anytime you need to hold something down on the job or in the shop.. To attach to a bench, the jaw or nose, is put through a hole in the bench front and is automatically held in place. 7. STANLEY NO. 207, BENCH STOP, Made in USA logo. A tool that will immediately be useful to the carpenter, cabinetmaker or anyone interested in woodworking of any kind where a bench is necessary. It can be inserted in the top of a bench by boring a 9/16-inch hole. Its height is adjustable-a stiff spring holds it in position. 14. TINNER'S STOVE PIPE FORMER, with compensating gear, 30 inch capacity. No Maker's name but an 1889 patent date. The rolls are about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Compensating gear means that the drive cogs don't articulate with each other, but with other gears, so that the mesh of the gears is not changed by forming different thicknesses of metal. It weighs about 100 lbs. and will be shipped from Ohio, where it currently is. I have a very crummy picture and also an illustration from an old Pexto catalog.
