Stanley No. 46 Skewed-Cutter Combination Plane
This is one of the very few known examples of the nickel-plated No. 46 that has the rare cast iron depth stop that straddles the body. It is a type 8, ca. 1896-98. That depth stop came with the first four types, which were japanned, and it is usually missing.
The skewed cutters work very well, especially for dados. Around 90% of the nickel plating remains. Comes with a complete set of 10 cutters and the slitter. The cutter box is missing the lid, G++ .......... Sold $650.00
