Union Plane Co. No. 44 Combination Plane
Complete in the original box. It has the long and short rods, all three depth stops, screwdriver and flat green box that holds all 18 cutters. The cutters are very nice with minor dirt and stain from age.
The plane is the Seigley patent. The screwdriver is marked Stanley, but it is not the screwdriver that came with the No. 45 or No. 55 plane. I have no reason to think that it is not original to this set.
The box is pretty nice. The box label and the instructions have some silverfish damage, Fine+ .......... $795.00
